Branding Work
New Logos. New Identities. Changes Everything.

Update: The logo was reverted to the original, so this is not final deliverable.
This starts with a logo someone built for them an undisclosed freelance service website. It was not bad, but it was not something that would be helpful for a software company needing responsive design.
The Logo
This was more about refreshing a logo more than completely coming up with a brand new look. Taking into consideration the parts of the original logo that the founder was fond of I came up with the logo below. Simple and clever, without getting in the way.
The Branding
The company has a very specific tone and voice, so everything about the brand needed to follow suit (it is all about service sales anyways).
This brand book is extremely clear while leaving room as the company sets out to grow.

YOKE
YOKE is a men’s hair grooming product that was previously sold under a different name. After looking at sales and data, there was a need for a new name and a new look. So YOKE came to be with ease.
The product is still in planning stages, but once moved forward this brand book, and the supplementary product brand guides, will be a foundation for the look and feel of YOKE.
